Upgrading from 6.4 to 7.2... When launching ProTools, ProTools cannot see my hardware The system is an HD2 Accel, on a Dual 2.0 G5 I've already tried reseating cards, pulling drives, ect. Any thoughts?? please email to thanks

Did you upgrade the Mac OS as well? v7.2 is for Tiger only.

does DigiTest recognize your cards?? If you run Digitest, does anything fail? It's a long shot, but you should check to see if the firmware is up to date on your I/O (in Digitest). I've seen this error when everything was connected properly, but the interface wasn't delivering a solid clock down the digilink. Make sure your I/O are not looking for external sync that isn't there. If you have multiple interfaces, try removing all but one until you diagnose the problem. - Borg

DigiTest is gone from 7.2... is this correct?? also to add... everytime I reboot I get: "DigiDal.kext cannot be used because it was installed incorrectly", same with "DigiIO.kext" This still exsists after a re install. thanks
