I really like the plugin-filter. I can just type "comp" there and select all, and have nearly all my compressors showing up. However, some plug-ins are not named this way, and therefor does not show up. Could it be some way to tag a plug-in? So I could tag it with compressor, eq and so on. And then have the filter to include the tags..

When you rename the plugins and just add your tags to the plugin name, wouldn't that do the trick? (Looks probably messy though.)

Thanks! I didn't know I could rename the plugins. Is it just to change the name of the dll?

Reaper rule #1: Right-click everything, in this case it's the plugin in the FX Browser you'd have to right-click. :)

Plug in name changes do not survive a "Clear cache/rescan," anyway.

Ok, I see I duplicated a request here. To bad the naming doesn't survive rescan, then that solution is of limited value.
