Video in not sync as it is in premiere pro timebase

There i did an image to make my problem more understandable ;) Bewteen marker 1 and 2 it is still the 13th frame What i would like to do is with a keybind or any other technique, just tell reaper this sound has to go at the exact beginning which is actually the marker 1 witout having myself do search manually where the frame starts and end exactly. i did not yet found where is this function "Snap to frame"
