I have exchanged a couple of emails with someone who got in touch when my estate was up for auction, and he just sent me some pics of his car. Thought I'd share them with you. He said he has joined up now, so hopefully he will be along to tell you more about it (and provide some photos from the front! :) ) Really does look good.

I am thinking that the entire car is perfect except for the nose. Hahaha. I cant wait to see more pictures, I have an Estate of my own.

I had exactly the same thought tghm! Funny. Agreed, a nice looking car from the back and a highly anticipated front end! :wac_biggrin:

Just noticed the saloon in the background of the last pic too.

I just did as well. So, its kind of like my house. Maybe his Estate is a 64 and his saloon is a 60. I hope I can get my cars looking like that someday (without breaking the bank).

Thought I recognised that numberplate! This estate used to belong to a chap called Harvey, who sometimes posts on here :)

Call me old fashioned but I far prefer it with the proper wheels and caps. Guernsey plate?

Yup, Cragar Smoothies :) Look a bit too plain imho - a different colour and / or some trim rings would make a big difference :shades_smile:
