Convert mpeg1 to divx/xvid 

I'm trying to convert some old VCD mpg's (mpeg1 video, mpeg2 audio). [10/26/2004 3:57:13 PM] Demuxing and indexing. ************************************* EXCEPTION: Bad index file. ************************************* [10/26/2004 3:58:00 PM] Job finished. It does the same thing even if I pick "No Audio Track"
