mot requirement? rear seat belts

thanks everyone for the replies. yes, i see now why ive got an advisory stating none are fitted. my reason, which the examiner stated was because i have made a wooden dog cage/kennel in the rear of my saloon. its not a simple straight forward case of lifting it out either, it is screwed in solid and took me 3 and a half days no stop to do !! thanks again everyone, satisfied my curiousity, didnt want to ask the examiner, just paid him the money and drove off, before he changed his mind !! cheers
