If you want to take maximum out of your turbo, then install FMIC and larger injectors. Aftermarket exhaust can help, too. But it's not easy job to install front mounted intercooler, because there's not lot of room behind OEM front bumper. I had to buy aftermarket one. Standard maps are indeed all 230-235bhp. - BSR offers 259bhp/383nm, but with stock 14T turbo it's highly doubtful. A friend of mine got Upsolute and dynoed car. Results: 225bhp/350nm @1,5bar boost pressure.

no worries mate, the FMIC is a real pain in the backside to fit as said behind the OEM bumper...easier on a Ph2 but still a nightmare. As for the injectors etc and exhaust, yes they will yield more power, but it would require a custom map to get them running spot on and thats big money :)

Personally wouldn't touch them, they mass produce chips for a mass produced market....MTE are the highest rated i would say

Well I have the RICA on mine and it's good don't get me wrong, but not quite right. It has masses of low end grunt which is lovely, but a real pain in the A$$ to get grip in the wet and it tails off top end quite a lot... The MTE is much more progressive and smooth across the power band. the other option of course is BSR which some people have had very good results with but only the standard map. The 259hp mod involves downpipes and exhausts and everything else with nobs and whistles (for only 259 :() Tony where are you based?
